Kalmar SmartPort webinars to spark awareness of process automation

With process automation still being relatively unfamiliar, Kalmar, part of Cargotec, embarks on a series of webinars to increase the awareness of the process automation concept and its added value for ports and terminals both large and small. Early April, May and June will feature a session aimed at APAC/EMEA and a session aimed at the Americas detailing the solutions part of the SmartPort concept and their functionality.
The webinars are open to all interested terminal operators. Registration will be offered shortly, with pre-registration possible through an e-mail to kalmar@cargotec.com. The sessions will be organised according to the below schedule.
April 11: Rail to/from Yard
SmartTracks + SmartPath + SmartLifts + SmartStack + SmartRail + SmartFleet
May 2: Vessel to/from Yard
SmartQuay + SmartPath + SmartLifts + SmartStack + SmartRail + SmartFleet
June 6: Gate to/from Yard
SmartLane + SmartTruck + SmartLifts + SmartStack + SmartRail + SmartFleet
The webinars will each be approximately 40 minutes, including questions and answers. The webinars will be interactive with the ability to chat with SmartPort experts during the presentation. The webinar will also include a case study.
